Team Building That
Actually Works
Forget trust falls and boardroom exercises. Give your team real missions, real teamwork, and a day they’ll still be talking about at the Christmas party.
Not Your Average Team Day Out
Airsoft forces real communication, leadership under pressure, and trust in your teammates — the same skills you need back at the office.
Shared Mission
Objective-based game modes put everyone on the same side. Teams that win together leave with a different dynamic — and you’ll see it back at work.
Real-World Communication
There’s no hiding on a 15-acre site. Your team has to talk, coordinate, and make fast decisions. It’s the best comms training money can’t normally buy.
Leadership Under Pressure
See who steps up and who falls back. Airsoft reveals leadership qualities — and quiet strengths — that never show up in a meeting room.
Actually Memorable
Your team will remember this. Not because it was expensive, but because it was genuine — proper fun, with a story to tell.
Zero Logistics Headache
We handle everything. Transport isn’t included, but once you arrive, it’s all taken care of — briefings, kit, marshals, missions, catering arrangements.
Flexible Scheduling
Weekdays available for corporate bookings. Half-day or full-day sessions. We’ll work around your team’s calendar, not the other way round.
Everything Your Team Needs
No extras to worry about — everything below is included in your corporate package price.
The Outpost — Your Arena
